    When the problem appeared : Every time I change the css or something considered "major" I suppose

    Description of problem

    So my form is suppose to look like this;

    But as seen the in the screen shot section above; for me at least, it doesn't look like this. And I'm not entirely sure why, this has happened before and if I change something in the css (doesn't matter what, I just have a small color code that I switch back and forth for this); hit submit then save, it usually goes back to normal, however this time around it isn't doing that.

    My friends have told me this is similar to lag, but I'm not sure as they don't get this issue like I do.

    No, I can log into it just fine, it's the skin; it's jumping back into old versions of itself.

    clear your browser cache and cookies
    restart your browser and do an update of the browser.

    The forum looks fine to me.

    After doing that, everything has returned to normal, I feel so silly. I had over 400mb in cookies and what not. ;o;
