Problems with forum transfer

Hello! Few days ago I tried to transfer my external phpBB forum to forumpolish, I did everything like in instructions from https://help.forumotion.com/t133904-how-to-import-your-external-forum-on-forumotion and the next day I received email

I read Terms of service and still don't know what's the problem. Can I do anything about it?

You could try emailing migration@forumotion.com and let them know about the email you received and see if they can assist in why exactly the import was denied and what can be done, if anything.

Remember also that the content of your forum must be in accordance with
https://www.forumotion.com/terms-of-service
that's what the message that they sent you

Could there be anything in the database of your old forum that could breach our tos?

Whats the url of the new (Forumotion) forum. I can try and ask why it may have been denied, I make no promises though.

I read the tos and I don't think the database breach it, but maybe I overlooked something. The url is http://camp-jupiter.forumpolish.com/ . Thank you very much!

So I have an update on this 'sort of'. I have been told that right now we have a problem with the importation system and are unable to import new forums for the time being. Which is why you git that email, it has nothing to so with your content.
