locked out of my forum again!

Description of problem

hello, I linked people to my forum last night...

and once again, someone has changed my password and disabled the setting to reset admin password via email.

this has happened many times to me when using forumotion forums, can you please help me to get back into the forum and please fix this to stop it from happening?

There is clearly some kind of vulnerability in the forum that people can take advantage of.

f you have not given your credentials, it is possible that Someone have taken them out of your personal mails forum or the foundation mail ,is the most common, I recommend you change the passwords of those emails.

The advice was gave as follows:
Change Email address to one never used on a site before.
Change the password of the founders account making sure it has Caps and numbers in.
Change the founders tools Email and password not the same as the forum.
Ban the member with IP Email and Username.
Keep an eye on the logs in the ACP.

ALL of this was done by PM.
