Mobile page never suggest topik'it app installation

This is my forum when connected on mobile,



It doesn't suggest topik'it app, like following image:



How can I make my forum also suggest topik'it app like 2nd image?

And there is nothing about javascript:

To change this go to ACP (Admin panel)-->Modules-->Topic It-->Configuration-->Show Smart App Banner on Mobile Devices-->Tick to yes and save.
