If you do not refresh those tabs, they will say logged in because they were already loaded before you logout. If you refresh these tabs after logging out, it should then say logged out.

The other tab's are still live until you refresh I take it the tab's was to do with the chtabox ? if yes then that is right you just close the pages as the system is already logging you out there is nothing wrong your end or our's it is just an upen page with no refresh installed on it.
