Member name already taken

Hi all,

On my forum I have a user who wants to register under the name 'Master'. However upon doing so, forum says username is already taken.


I have checked everywhere. In users management there is no such user, inactive or active. Also I don't use anything for word or user censorship.


-Could this be a 'cache' issue? Maybe he tried several times and the first time something went wrong?
-Is there some sort of cache of my forum? Can I clear it? Would that be smart?
-Any tips?

then tell your member to retry

That did the trick! I wanna thank you for pointing me to this tip.

I've lost the member anyway as he was offended his name was in sort of spamlist, and now he doesn't wanna register anymore. But I've tried it myself and it works
