    I performed a renewal for a Premium Package for my forum: www.bcwilliams-author.com (Original: http://poetry24-7.forumotion.biz). Now I see my domain has expired. Please assist.

    Hello @Bpoetic,

    The renewal of the Premium Package does not come along with the renewal of your domain. As the /t10579-custom-your-domain-name states, the domain name can be bought for 1200 credits after a forum has either the Advanced or Premium Package. Therefore, a renewal of the package is needed and afterwards, a renewal of the domain is needed as well.

    The purchase/renewal of packages and domain names are separate.  You have to have a non-free package to have a domain name.

    Thank you, TheCrow and SL Gray. Seems a bit more complicated and expensive since my last renewal. I purchased credits and my domain name is in the renewal process.
