Bug with closing cookies notification

There seems to be a global Forumotion problem what happens in every forum: you can only accept or close cookies notification in the homepage. You can't do that while browsing topics or subforums.

Example:
https://help.forumotion.com/ - you can press accept or close that notification, everything works
https://help.forumotion.com/f43-scripts-coding-problems - you come to the forum but don't close that notification while being on homepage. Then you open for example subforum Scripts Problems and try to close it... but it doesn't work. It puts # at the end of the page URL but doesn't close the notification.

Are the buttons clickable?

Yes, but nothing happens.

to see the cookie banner you have to clear the history

now i tested with Mozilla and Chrome, i view many pages, every time the options were clickable to me
so i cant generate the issue to me the banner is working fine

Hmm, I did some testing now and that only happens in private browsing (incognito mode). I think that's not a big problem then, I'm just used to using private browsing.

to be honest i never used private browsing so i do not know
so can we consider this solved? or you want further clarifications

Hello @Tonight yes it will show as a problem in private browsing as most cookies don't need to be saved that is why when you leave the home page it is not clicking as it don't save anything read in your browsers.

Hanse the words private browsing it don't save cookies and other data to your browser.

I can see and close the cookie info bar on this forum on Firefox both in normal and private browsing. On the mobile version though, it cannot be closed.
