Forum is saying it doesn't exist

Hello,
I was working on my forum when all of a sudden it says that it "doesn't exist." An hour ago, it did exist. I checked the founder email and found nothing from Forumotion about it. The url to the forum is this.. Below are two screenshots showing that yes, an hour ago it was still up.

It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it.

I'm the one with the founder account, and I know I didn't delete it.

did your forum violate in any other way the terms of service ?

As far as I know, no. And even if it did, I'd've expected to get an email stating it did and that it was being deleted. It's just like it's never existed.

When a founder deletes a forum, he receives two mails, one to announce that he is going to be eliminated and another one to confirm, to do so. If it were an error, he should only change his password in the forum for security, but if he clicks on the forum link is eliminated, is what is called elimination in two steps.
If you are not the founder, ask the owner.
and if you are the founder, send a PM to a forum admin with the url and the foundation email and inform them of the case.

There are only two forum members, both admins. My girlfriend is the other admin and no, we did not delete the forum. This happened suddenly and for no reason. We want our forum restored a.s.a.p.

Hello my tools tell me that the forum was deleted.

Not banned by us.

To get this back have you gave your founders tools a try ?

click this link >>  Forum Utilities then do a full backup.

This will bring back your forum and all it's topic's

If you still have a problem after trying that then please let me know.

We appreciate the help. However, because we only recently made the forum, we hadn't created a backup for it yet. Is there any other way to have it restored? I tried the founder's tools, but when I went to the backup section, it just tells me there is no backup for the forum.

Does your girlfriend have access to the founder acount?  If yes, have you asked her about the deletion?

She does not have access. I still asked her, and she said she knew nothing about it. In fact, she was the one that noticed it first. I was typing something up for the forum when she asked me "did you change the URL?" I tried to load the site after confirming I didn't do anything with the URL and that's when it was popping up as "[Forum name] doesn't exist."

Hello I have got news back to say your forum is now working ok i have also tested this my self and found it working.

If you did not delete your forum and nor did you wife then i would ask you as the founder to change the password of the founders account.

Yes, it's definitely working! Thank you all so much. The password has been changed to something much more secure.
