    Can I settings some member can see and comment on this topic some member can't or this group admin can see another group admin can't?
    settings member LPcK6Zl can it setting specific member?
    Can a user group setting except to be a moderator?

    Hello,

    There is no way to make one specific topic viewable to only a certain member. You could make a section viewable to only a certain member, but you would have to make a hidden usergroup and untick all but that group in permissions.

    Note that admins will be able to view any section or topic on the site and that can not be changed.
