Transfer Founder

Hi there,

Posting to get advice to transfer forum founder to a moderator. There have been two admins that have been AWOL for a long time. I've reached out to one but it's sitting in my outbox (meaning he hasn't opened it -- probably because he hasn't logged in for years) and the other one hasn't signed in for over a year, either.

Any help would be appreciated!
