How to make Dropdown menus

Description of problem

I would like to know how to put a drop down menu in 2 places. 1 in the row of links under header where Profile, Calendar, etc are. I would also like to put a drop down menu in a widget. The content of these dropdown menus would be names of forum that link to that forum. Example. If I had a Helps forum in the Welcome Category, I'd like a shortcut in the dropdown menu to select that takes members to the Helps forum.

Where do I put the code in order for the drop down list to be viewed and to add links?

Yes, it can be added to a widget.

The first line is for the title of the drop=down menu.
The lines below it is where you added your links.

I checked MODULES>HTML Page Management

It is where you added the coding?  It is in the coding.  You copied and pasted the numbers which are not exactly part of the coding.

BINGO... got it.  I was looking at the wrong thing when I answered before.
