Urgent Help Multiple Issues

Hi, i have a few issues

2. I have got the advanced package for this forums http://redactedstore.forumotion.com/ and it includes the no ads for guests and members but you still have all the social links and main link to your main page at the top. How do i remove this as it is clearly ads.

3. If neither of the above can be fixed is there anyway i can apply for a refund?

I have the answer for number 2. The stuff you are referring to is the copyrights not ads. That feature is part of the premium package.

Also where do i go for this refund? It has been less then 24hrs so i am in the withdraw period
