Forum Locked

I created a forum kaowarriors.forumotion.com for a small mobile gaming group. So far no one other than myself is able to log in. Everyone is getting an error message saying it's locked. I have checked all settings and it should be open. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to unlock this forum so we can use it?

you mean register cause if they dont register they can not log in '
