Lost admin password

Hi friends, I'm in troubles because I lost my admin password to my forum http://eurowizyjnie.forumpolish.com  this is all because my laptop got some problems and I had to format everything (including saved passwords) I know I'm silly that I didn't take it down in some papper  I remember my e-mail adress but also password to it has gone

I was on the forum of forums under the nick @HappyUnicorn (but I also don't remember the password)

there is a chance to back to my forum? I informed moderator of the whole situation.. but I'm really really sad because I create it for so long time and know many great persons from the forum, I'm shattered now please help me.
