(#4081) Premium package activation problem after upgrade

Not sure where to post this,
Having an issue with the forum charging me for premium but its not wanting to change to preimium
my link is dragonforum.forumotion.net , and it says I have over 1000 credits so I don't know what is going on I really don't want to pay 8 dollars again to enable premium when its already charged me.

Thank you for bringing this up with us. Do you have a screenshot of your ACP showing it charging you for Premium but it not being on Premium package?

Thank you for the screenshot. From this it appears that your forum is still as a "Free Forum" rather then using any of the current packages that Forumotion currently offers. If you try to purchase a package does it allow you to do so or does it give you an error message?

This will show me if your credits was used and it has gone over to our servers or not.

If the cost of your payment is not there then it never went over.
if it shows it's there then i can ask our team to take a look.

I try to enable premium with the 1,600 credits but it wants me to pay with paypal again...
and misc says I got a refund? but I never requested a refund..

Hello @SpyroDragon if you pay by Paypal then it will come out monthly without you doing anything at all.
Thats why it gave you a refund when you made the payment.

As long as your paypal is not stopped every month it will carry on taking the money on the date your first payment date (if set up on the 5th it will come out again on the 5 of next month)

You can not use credits on the monthly system it is only paypal.

if you want to use your forum credits you must buy a yearly package then it will use your credits not paypal,

I detect 2 problems on your forum:

1. you activated a monthly Premium package on 28/06/2019 but you never received it.
   
2. one day before the end of your advanced package, you received a refund of the full price of your current package following the upgrade to the Premium, whereas this refund was to be made pro rata to the remaining activation days.

so there is clearly a concern on your forum.

we will analyze this to see where the problem comes from and get back to you as soon as possible
