Problem with returning posts for a period of 16 days ago

However, from the afternoon today I have a problem with forum information.
It happened that all new posts and topics were deleted, there are no more and it is returned all for a period of 16 days, i.e. by 02 July, at the beginning of the month. None of the admina has erased anything or touched the admin panel, nor in the forum settings, so I'm asking if you can help me, because I do not know what it's all about and why this happened.

No, I am not the founder of the forum, but I am the main admin on the forum for the last 7 years, because the chief founder first got sick, then he withdrew from the forum, at the moment I do not have any contact with him.

That could be an issue since the tools to use to restore messages is only accessible to the founder.

Hello sadly we can only help the founder of the forum.

If the founder has not been on the forum for 6 months and 1 day then you could take over the forum as founder and you would then have the power.

You would need to make a post on your forum and ask your members and staff if it's ok to take over the forum and this post would have to be seen by guests so we can read the post.

We did have a technical problem on some languages, including yours, which led to a total loss of forum pages encoding for some NOT UTF-8 forums. As a result, the entire content of the forum had become unreadable.

In order to correct this problem, we had no choice but to apply the last forum backup in its completely readable and problem-free version. In some cases, the backup dated back a few days, which explains the new content posted disappearance (posted during the days not covered by the mounted backup).

We are really sorry for this inconvenience beyond our control. The loss of content on one of our forums, however small it may be, is something that saddens us, but in this case it was a necessary evil to recover the vast majority of the misencoded forum content. In a way, sacrificed a few topics to save thousands more.

As it stands, all lost content that can be recovered has already been recovered, the rest is unfortunately not recoverable. However, you should know that we have already done what is necessary and taken our precautions to ensure that such a thing does not happen again.

In order to be able to control, at least to some extent, the situation on our admin panel, today I have opened a new topic on the topic of the forum founder, since the old founder has been active for a long time, and it would be desirable that someone has access to all these data.
I have been in the forum since 2009, and from that moment I have been organizing the forum in the best possible way for 10 years.
That's why I asked all members of the RN forum to give their opinion on this, and I put the topic on the main page so that you can see from the forumotion how the debate and discussion are going on, because it is open to all forum guests.
