Many in my country say that Disqus is a bad platform, as it transfers user data to other companies and loads excess garbage onto the page. Consequently, the page loading speed increases.

But since comment systems from my country will not suit you, I can recommend using comments from Facebook, well, or if you are not afraid of the download speed, and something else, then you can use Disqus. The most important thing is to pay a paid tariff in this system, then they won’t put their ads on your forum either.

Since it's a commenting system, it would need to be used for each topic made and I am not sure where that would be installed to cover each topic when they are started.

I can explain to you how to implement this system for each topic on your forum. This will be once and you won’t need to worry to do it every time for new topics.

As for loading the site - I consulted with a familiar developer and he said that this is not so critical. You don’t have to worry.

Paid tariff - there are tariffs on the Disqus website. Before you accept the comment widget, you can see that there are at least three tariffs. One of them is free. But this will not last long, at least for free, but because of this, they place their ads on the site, and if you did not turn off ads on Forumotion, this will mean that the forum will be full of advertising.

Update:

Oh ... I think it costs $ 10 a month. For anyone, you need to get acquainted with their information and prices. When you handle this, get the code to embed on the site, and I will explain how to do it. Toward evening, I will buy a paid code for my test forum, check the performance and lay out instructions on how and what to do here.

Using Disqus is certainly a possibility. It will be a little bit slower than the normal commenting system, but it has other advantages.

A while ago, Disqus was acquired by Zeta Global, which is a data analysis company. What this means for you is that the comments people write on your forum may be used by Disqus/Zeta to make money. Whether this is an issue or not is up to you.

He gave the same thing that I wanted to give, but I would have a slightly different version, but as a solution is found, use it. This will work.

I am a little confused on where to add the code. There is a lot on that one that one but none seem to match what has been posted for what to remove/change
I think I might have found it...

I tried that and I still get the same results. I don't even see anything relating to Disqus on the forum.

Nope. Don't want a blog. I just want Disqus comments added to the forum I have.

Are you trying to let guests post on your forum?  If yes, it is possible without this.

I just want Disqus comments added to the forum so people using Disqus will still be able to stay connected as they are now. Most do not wish to sign up for separate things if they can stay connected and most likely won't change that.

Yes exactly. Delete inside the template, paste my code and save and publish.

This is a ready-made template with built-in comments Disqus. I checked on my forum and everything works.

Alright...did as told and it's all in another language..and my link for Disqus still takes me to the same place... I have to leave for a while.
