Ads no longer Disabled

So today ads on my forum suddenly appeared on my forum https://floattubeforum.forumotion.com/forum

I pay for the Premium package and for the last 9 years have had ads disabled for members of the forum. Did something change or is there an issue that might need to be fixed.

Yes I pay Monthly

It maybe that your payment did not come out of your account on time so our system took it you stopped the payment.

Please give it 24 to 48 hrs and if it still has this problem PM @SLGray with a screen shot of your payment took from your paypal account and your forum address and he will talk to our head office for you.

Did you set the ad removal option before you purchased the package?

It is solved now but today it said through PayPal that my monthly subscription was canceled. We have money available now for that. How do I fix this for the monthly payments? I know I have time just want to get in front of it before I lose my Premium package. Thanks again for your help.

Just resubscribe a couple days before your package expires.
