How to activate my real domain name

I purchased premium package . Requested my domain name .



 Of course it is not already taken . ??

Hello, if it's just bought, you have to wait about 72 hours to be effective
Weekends do not count as waiting time

If reactivating is the same as " just bought " . Then I will wait 72 hours .

Hello if i read this right you had the address

It ran out and you did not get to renew it on time ?

Now it's saying your address is not free to use again.

If that's the case maybe we can do something our end so you don't have to  wait 72 hours.

NOTE: you must update your domain name before the time runs out or it will do the same again.

The problem is that I want to use one of these 2 domains . They are not being used . They are mine . I paid ahellalot for them for years . Particularly valleyofthesuncc.com . I simply want to reactivate it . I have done this a couple times before .

Wait a minute!  Are you purchasing the domain name through Forumotion or a third-party?

The domain name should have been ready for sale now and out of our hands.

I have sent a Email to our head office asking for them to see if we can do it our end.
This may not get a reply until the end of the week but i will keep looking for a reply and let you know.

Please make sure you have the credits for the domain on your ACP and you have at least a advanced  package active on your forum or you will not get your domain name updated.

 Okay . I am so confused . I think that I have done all the right steps . Advanced package yes .

 I have another question . On " MODIFY THE COPYRIGHTS " . Do I disable forumotion copyrights ? yes or no .

Sorry about the other topic . I was anxious and try to be thorough .

It is up to you if you remove copyright's or not this has nothing to do with the domain name it is just the text at the bottom of your forum you remove (The Footer)

It also remove them form the toolbar and let's you modify it.
