Re: Clicking mobile version does nothing
Hello,
Please, can you tell us on which element you click when you have the issue? The message regarding cookies, an item in the tap bar at the bottom of the page...?

Re: Clicking mobile version does nothing
I have tested this using Google Chrome on my Android Phone and can confirm I am getting this issue as well.
I have cleared cache and cookies and when I switch the view to "Web Version" on the page and click "Mobile Version" link in that picture it just refreshes the page and sends me to the top but never changes back to mobile.

Re: Clicking mobile version does nothing
Hello,
We made some tests here with different forums and we only reproduced the issue on the Support Forum. When we switch on the "Web version", it's impossible to return on the "Mobile version". Maybe a customization of this forum...
But it is not the case on these forums for example:
Can you test on other forums and tell us if you have the same issue or not please?

Re: Clicking mobile version does nothing
This forum has 2 sets of footer links. The first one is the original one and it is hidden. The second one is the one we can see on the forum here.
In the head tag, there's a js code that sets up an event handler so that when a user clicks on the Mobile version button, it sets up a cookie named _mobile_version and then reloads the page. Because there are 2 sets of footer links, there are also 2 Mobile version links and the code that sets up the event handler does it for the hidden link. You can see that there are 2 links by running
in the browser console.
I'm quite curious how you're gonna solve this one.
