    Solved SSL Certificate CSR

    Post by Brooksy118 September 2nd 2019, 9:18 pm

I have a .co.uk domain name which points to my .forumotion.com address and I've just upgraded my Forumotion package to enable SSL. I now need to enable SSL on my .co.uk domain, but in order for me to enable it, I need a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) from Forumotion (I assume).

Does anybody know how/where I find this??

Hello, if the domain is not purchased in Forumotion, it is not possible to activate the SSL certificate you must buy it at the company where you have the domain.

    Hello,
Does your host work with Let's Encrypt, Cloud Flare, or another (or simply none)? If your host doesn't work with any of these, you can search Google for "Zero SSL" and make a request.

Thanks for your reply, I've managed to resolve it this morning by changing our domain forwarding to the .forumotion.com address, as the previous admin had configured it wrong, so no longer need the CSR Smile
