Cannot delete my account on a forum (unsubscribe does not function)

Hello!
I have been trying to unsubscribe or, "delete", my accounts from a forum for days now using the forumotion.com/unscribe link. I've tried to change the URL several different ways, but the unsubscribe link sent to my emails never works to delete the accounts. I would log in to check if the account were deleted, but the accounts would still be active. I wanted to know if someone could directly delete my accounts from the forum.

What exactly happens when you click the link in the emails?

It just redirects me back to their website

No, it is not solved yet.  I have sent a ticket to the main office.

It is normal behavior, when you delete the account from the email that arrives, they send you back to the forum where you want to delete your account.

A notice that puts information says: Your account has been deleted, maybe it will be below the forum you have to look for that notice that confirms the deletion of the account.

There is a message, but the account is not removed.  It is still in the memberlist and their is a profile.
