    Solved Wont let me buy a domain

    I've been trying to buy a domain for the last 30 minutes and every time I fill in the form it opens up a page saying: General Error

    Unable to get reservation info


    I have enough credits, the domain name is available and I've upgraded my package.

    our technicians are aware of this issue
    it seems that you and many other forums have a problem in the database causing this error

    i will open a ticket about this and report it

    In the meantime can i change my free URL?
    it says "You can not change the forum URL because you have an active SSL certificate." when i try to change it at the moment.

    the reason you get this message is because i think you must wait for the SSL to expire first then change the url, or wait for Forumotion to find some other way to do it

    How long does that take Crying or Very sad I have members waiting to join the forum at the moment but I need to change the URL to a relevant one.
