Admin Panel - Turn off PM's

Hello

Is there a reason when looking at a members profile:

AP - User - Groups - User Management - search member

You see this:



Nowhere does it tell you the member has turned off their PM's.

When I look her her profile using the icon under the avatar, since I'm the Admin I see this:




Again, I still at this point can't figure out why someone can't pm this person.

Is there somewhere else the Admin can look to see if a member has turned off receiving pm's?

I believe the answer is no.  You will only know when you try to send a PM.

Try using a test account with no privilege and look at the profile. of the member.

A test account looking at the profile indicates this:



I didn't know if there was a problem with the account or what exactly that message meant.

If it said "member has turned off PM's" it would be more clear.
