Hello

I have several members who use view new posts. In the last day or so when they read new posts, and go back to view new posts, there are no longer any new posts to read. There were pages of new posts, but the second time they all disappear.

iPhone Safari, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Any idea why this is happening?

Can you post the exact URL where you see the "new posts" please?

New posts will only be the ones while logged in.  If you do not read the new posts and log off and back on again, those unread new posts will not show as new.  Are you referring to while the members are logged into the forum?

The member is not logged off when the view new posts disappear. They are on the forum reading new posts. As soon as they read one title top and choose view new posts again, there are no new posts to view even though there were many when they first logged on.

Does it occur on computers or only on mobile devices ?

I had those that were affected to clear their history and their cookies as not everyone was affected.

That seems to have solved the issue.
