    Can I have a banner with a rain effect:
    Size: Same as forumotion banner
    Font: Slickā€¢Cheeseā€¢Cannons
    Pics: Ike, Roy, Meta Knight, Sonic, Yoshi, and Pit and Starfox
    Background that rain effects: Dark cloudy sky
    Color of Font: White nad also italics
