Hi there,

One of my members is having problems in posting photos. He's posted many photos in the past but something seems to have changed for him.

When he clicks on the 'host an image' icon, instead of being taken to where his photos are stored (ie where he can see all his photos) he just gets up a box with text such as ....... default_apps, Extentions, Installer, Local, MEIP, re-load etc. and is unable to find his photos.

Can anyone help please?

tell him to clear his browser cache and retry
if the issue persists tell him to try with another browser

What do you mean by load the member's images?  That button is only for uploading images.

Can you get your member to screen shot what he/ she See's
What computer is the member using ?
it dose sound to me it's linking to the wrong file in the members computer.

With the things i have asked i can help more as i will get a clue of what they see and then i can make up a video of how to fix this for them.
