Admin can't activate new user

Hello again everyone,

This time I have an issue with Admin activated member registrations.

We are trying to get our members from our old forum to this new one. The registration process works just fine, after which they are sent an email saying they need to wait until Admin authorises their account.

But when I go to the CP - Users and Groups and tap the activate button nothing happens. If the new user tries to log in they receive the message that the user name is unknown.

I'm doing something wrong, I know that. Any help sincerely appreciated.

Hi all, Barry here again.

Thanks for the help I know was coming but I managed to work it out. A little green box needed a tick.

So all is good and solved, for now :-)
