OLD Forum Admin password and email lost

Hello. I'm trying to access my admin panel for https://gamechatting.forumotion.co.uk . i am unable to remember the password and the reset email was deactivated long ago. if you help me acess the admin panel for this forum i would be very grateful. thanks

Email address used for making your forum.
URL of your forum.
New Email address you would like to use.

You must only send this to me and it MUST be by PM only.

I will then take a look at your account and send a ticket to our head office asking for a Email change on your account and a new password.

Please note as it's now the weekend our office is closed so the ticket will not get seen until monday (French time)

follow up question are you able to tell me my password even if that means you have to dm me some extra questions for security?

i know a ticket has been sent to an office. i just want to know if there is away to speed this up? thanks

there is no need to PM other staff members they can not help you any more then i have already.

Like I told you it will not get done until Monday when the head office is open and our team read my tickets.

If you had your Email address working still I could have done this much sooner.

If they want something to do with a 2nd forum then they should make a new thread with a link to the forum in question.

It is this forum.  The ticket you created is not for this one.

im not i just aicdently gave email or user name to diffrent forum!

I do not remember my email. but i remember my user name. please find other way of verification. i can prove i own gamechatting.forumotion.co.uk

ive also pmed you the members who joined it when i created it ( some have deleted accounts but i think their posts remains ) a random person would not know this infomation. please replace my email with the one i sent ape so i can reset password.

well if a ticket has been made your just have to hold on and our head office will deal with you when they get time.

Sadly we have no power over the tools used we can only send passwords if you have the email address active still.

You have to understand we work from home for free and None of us work in France, we work from all over the world.

From now on if you have a problem make a new ticket for each problem so there is no more mix up's like this one.

this was one problem. you just got confused which am i sorry. the emails have given you are ex staff, and the links that have been confusing you are them creating the same forum before i created what became the main forum for gamechat. so sorry for any confusion (;
