Problem with skins

I have a problem with the lay-out of our forum in Skins (the temporary themes in admin panel). When I change the paper for example, it takes hours before you can see the adjustment.
That's for a couple of months now. Before that, there were no problems at all. I have waited sometime before asking here, because I thought that it would be a matter of time and it just would be solved.
But there's no change at all and you still have to wait before you can see the adjustments in het temporary themes.
The problems are not only when you change the paper, but also when you change the colors. It happens randomly.

Also when you change a color of the temporay theme and you click on send, there is a green pop-up with two choices:
- click here to change the images
- click here to adjust the colors
The second link is not clickable maybe because there is missing a letter; 'lik' instead of 'klik' (dutch for click)

The lay-out is very important to us, we change that with the seasons and holidays. So I hope you can help, so that adjustments will appear immediately instead of waiting for hours.
It's hard to make changes this way.

Paper?

Do you mean a temporary theme, or a theme you use everyday?

I mean a temporary theme, for a lay-out yet to come.

When you change the paper, do you mean the CSS Stylesheet? Because to change your colors and the appearance of your forum, you need to change some of the CSS Stylessheet and the colors tab in the Admin Panel.

Also, could you please post some screenshots of what you are describing to make everything more clear?

I don't use the CSS Stylesheet at all. But I have made some screenshots, I hope that will explain my problem better. In the admin panel I go to Skins - temporary themes :



I click on winter 2020



There I can change the title, images, paper or background and the colors:

When you apply your skin, afterwards, you should be able to change anything you want. What seems to be the problem?

The problem is that it takes hours before you see any changes in the preview from your lay-out.

At first everything went fine with the skins, you could immediately see if you liked the changes or not, if the colors are fine and so on.
But now you have to wait for hours, not just 5 minutes, but really hours (once even 7 hours!). That is not so useful in my opinion, certainly not when this issue did'nt excist for half a year ago.
That is why I have opened a topic for this problem, it would be great if it could be solved.

That display, is not for your changes. Usually the changes made you only see them once you apply them and then refresh your forum. Anyhow, have you tried right click > reload frame option?

Yes, we both did, but that didn't solve the issue.

I don't know what you mean by the bold part?
I have made some new screenshots, maybe I can clarify myself better.
For example, I change the color of the forum title from blue to red:


On the right you see 'voorbeeld' (example) and than you can rightclick on it and you can open it in a new tab, to see the differences.



As you can see, the forum title is still blue instead of red. That is what I mean.




We used to see all changes we made in the 'voorbeeld'. The header, colors, icons, everything. And that was before we applied the new skin to the forum.
I hope I have made myself clear now

No, we haven't SLGray. Every time we make the whole layout in themporary themes.
