Yes as the staff member before me has posted We had some server problems and all forums was down.
Today our team have fixed the problem and now your forum should be ok.

how to disable it?
in admin panel i change forum protocol to http and save it but no change
it said my ssl protocol is still active and forum is not loading on most browsers, only on edge

just click https to activate it again
