Very slow connection

Hello

I've been logged on for 7 hours and between this forum and our forum, it is very very slow.

Is there an issue today? No other websites are slow so I'm assuming there is an issue.

I'm having the same issue , very sluggish, when loading. Might be something they are doing over on the other end.

Thank you for your reports Yes the forum have been running slow it have now made a report to our team and i am sure our team already know about this.

We will try and update you as we get news but sadly the head office is Closed and all staff work from home now and it's really late in France and only tech staff can go in the office and work .. as the forums are still running there is No big rush to report back they will just fix itand may not report back to us here.

But we will try and do our best to let you know when we know more.

 Some advice to all members. Please don't try and make any change to your forum if you are getting slow loading pages at this time. The change could take longer to go online or maybe mess your forum up. My advice is to do this once we have info back from our tech team or the problem has gone away for more then 10 hours. forum work fine to me ,no slow

Seems what ever the issue was has been resolved as the forums is loading quickly as usual. Thanks @APE for your quick action.

There was some improvement earlier this morning but its back to running slow.

It is slowly to me as well... every one forum in forumotion.

Here all the forums are also very slow and your patience is tested very hard. This forum is also so slow.

I normally use Chrome, I also tried Edge but it is also very slow. And I live in Holland.

Lag and slow connection are still present it's not a browser or a network problem, but probabily are some servers

The support forum for example loads fast, but other forums don't

I notice that when i first connecting to my forum it is very slow and takes aboute half minute and more to load the site, but once i'm on my forum site and browsing through topics it is still slower than when it's normal but not so that very slow any more like first connecting.
But when i open some other site on my another tab in my browser and then get back to tab where my forum is opet then it is very slow again.
And as i can see mobile version is normal, only desktop version is slow.

I have tried Google Chrome and Edge. Both are slow. I'm in Canada. My members are from all over the world. Same situation for them. This site loads slow for me as well.

Now, everything loads fine for me. At that time... I hope there's not going to have problems.

Things did improve for a few hours this afternoon now back to running very slow .

Again tried edge browser and Chrome Same problem

Seems to be resolved now.

For now everything is working normally again, hopefully this will continue to be the case thanks Staff

Dear users. The slow connection problems have indeed been resolved. They were due to the blocking of one of our IPs by our data center. Thank you for your understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience.

it is a littel slow still for me gave firefox and edge and chrome a go and still slow but much better then yesterday.

For this forum here is okay. Little slow but a lot better. But for all other forums it still is slow..

to me also ..its better from yesterday but remains a bit slow

Did you guys all try clearing the cache to see if that helped?
