Description of problem

After the usual reset by Forumotion my username or password is supposedly inactive or password incorrect... I have not changed anything myself in my details. I have tried the reset my password button bor an email... but no email comes through to continue.

is the reset option available? cause by default for security reasons is closed
also if it is open did you check your spam mails?
try to clear cache and retry put your pass and username again by writing not by copy paste
