Admin Panel » Display » Templates: General » overall_header
There are your <head> tags. Add your code anywhere you can, i.e after {RICH_SNIPPET_GOOGLE}

you can not add your own ad's to your forum until you pay for a package and pay to remove the ad's we have on your forum.
Right now your forum has our Ad's showing and you have not removed them by payment.
Trying to add your own ad's on your forum without removing our's first is breaking our TOS and your forum may be banned.
