new forum: https://fourorganiclaws.forumotion.com
old forum: https://fourorganiclaws.com/
format: phpBB3
browsers: firefox
Upon creating the new forum, I attempted to import my old phpBB3-based forum database via the import forum form presented. The import failed, perhaps because the database file was plain SQL text instead of being ZIPped. The import form states the file can be SQL or ZIP, yet the import tutorial I saw later instructs one to ZIP the database when dumping it from the old forum; perhaps that's why the import failed. I clicked the trash can icon on the form to remove the failed SQL file, but it wouldn't take another file. So I refreshed the page and it all disappeared.
How does one get back to the import database form or otherwise import a forum? I can find no link to it by searching on the support forum, and can find no mention of other users trying to get back to the import form after an import failure. The Admin control panel doesn't seem to offer such a facility, either.
Thanks.
