I added the Javascript for twitter emojis. Is it possible to limit who can use them on the forum please?

Anyone should be allowed to use emojis. It is because I am considering using these particular emojis at the largest size of 72 as forum icons to use in posts by staff, so they would not be suitable as emojis anymore Smile

ETA I have already increased the choices of emojis in the normal forum ones, and most users are using them or another emoji site.
Plus I added the gif button for everyone too Very Happy

Do you mean like the ones we use for topics:  solved, important, completed, etc.?

More like just icons to put beside any news we write on the forum in a post.

Though actually the ones you mention would be more useful, if it is possible to have something similar Smile
