    hi! my forum is ranbac.forumvi.com . Domain name is ranbac.xyz. When i access ranbac.forumvi.com or ranbac.xyz , forum not work.

    what do you see ? can you post a screenshot

    clear your browser cookies and retry please

    i tested your forum from my laptop and mobile using chrome and firefox everything seems ok

    also try to reactive your antivirus and retry maybe your antivirus is blocking your site
