Private Message Issue

We are having issuses in the group
Some members can't post right
If they post a game, game tag etc
All thats showing is words, letters, numbers, etc.
Can you please take a look

please post a thread link viewable by guests so we can inspect the issue

if this is something that concerns your forum then please deal with it on your forum not on the support forum 
if this is a bug or a problem i cant inspect the forum cause it is closed

Yes it is an issue in the forum-but I thought you were here to help us with that as well.  We have a member who seems to have issues posting and then another member who seems to have issues with  not being able to message other members as it keeps telling her she cannot send out a message.  I actually thought that was why you are here to help with these issues. If  not, then what issues do you help with as we are very confused here

 but as i said before your forum is closed to guests so i can not see the problem 
maybe you can open it or send me a test account 

can you give more details please
1) only these 2 members are having this issue the rest members can post ok ?
2) can you post a screenshot of the message they get 
3) are those members in a specific group ?
4) is this happening in a specific category or forum or in all sections?

What do you mean by post a game?

Is she using a mobile device?

Does this member have a full inbox,sendbox or outbox??

By posting a game I mean
a grid with icons

and she is not the only one having problems, I also do sometimes

Is it to much to ask that someone joins the group and takes a look around and fix all the problems we are having

We will not open the group up as it opens the group up to everyone, and we don't need any more problems

and no the member doesn't have a full inbox

She can't send Pm to anyone

did you check the pm settings from the admin panel ?
please send me a test account via private message

as the tutorial says 

Why does staff ask for a test account? :
Staff years ago would go to your forum and make a test account that would always take time and use their own Email address to make the account.

This will save much needed time for our staff and stop unwanted account getting made for our staff.

No she is on a computer such as I am.  Now another member is having an issue but it ended up resolving itself.  I checked with all members and they said they are all set on to receive pm in the group

are these settings on ?

Is this issue happening in all browsers?
