Chose the wrong package by mistake

Description of problem

Dear sirs,

Toady I renew the advanced package that I used to have but by mistake didn't tick the box to hide the ads for members. Now to enable this feature is more expensive from what I was expected. Can you cancel my previous payment or enable this feature for less points (to match the same points as ordering together)?

If I understand your problem correctly, you renewed your advanced package and instead of selecting to remove ads for members and guests you selected to remove it for just members. You know what to disable it for guests as well but it won't let you.

Do I understand this correctly? If so, we might have to make a ticker asking head office to manually remove it for guests as well for you.

first of all thank you very much for your reply.

Actually I renewed and I forgot to choose to remove ads. I wanted to choose ads to be removed for member and guests and now to do this it's much more credits.

That would be great, if we can open a ticket and remove the ads for both and use the correct credits.

You cannot forget to remove ads when renewing your package because il always includes all the options you had. You can upgrade to a higher package (with ads -> without ads / advanced > Premium) but not to a lower one such as including ads removal -> without ads removal

So you did not renewed your package. It expired and you bought a new package ! True or false ??

I just pressed on the red message and chose to renew it. I left it for last day to renew and probably it was expired already and didn't notice. I am not looking to blame someone here. I did a mistake. Can we fix that now or we are not allowed to make mistakes? If you check my history of renewals I always go for the full package with removal of ads. I would't change that and it is obvious that this was a mistake.

If you buy a new package, it's written -> Enabling the Premium Package

I see. It says Renewing. I have attached a photo so you can check it as well:



And as I said I just followed the instructions from the red message. After I did the renewal I saw that used only 3600 credits than 5260 and started looking what happened.

As it is a renewal, we should consider this as an unexpected behaviour !
