    When the problem appeared : Immediately when you sign into chatbox

    Description of problem

    I have a chatbox on my forum and for some reason I get disconnected whenever I am working in the administration panel. Is there some way that I can stay connected without being logged off? Is there a setting that I need to set to allow myself and my members to stay logged into the chatbox on the forum. Thank you.

    If you are logged into the chatbox and are inactive for a period of time, you are logged out.  There is no option for this.
