How does a member sign up for the use of our Mobile app. I have them on my cellphone and Chromebook but some members are having issues signing up for the mobile app. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Forum Mobile App
No not Topic it what was it that was created in its place. I have on my Cellphone and on my Chromebook a link to the forum. It makes access to the forum simple on my cellphone. It is the alternative to Topic It.

Re: Forum Mobile App
It is not a download.
How do I activate the Progressive Web App (PWA) of my forum?
All Forumotion forums natively embed PWA technology. So you don't have to do anything to take advantage of it and share it with your community.Â
Each user is free to accept (or refuse) push notifications from your forum or to install its PWA on his mobile devices by accepting/refusing the invitation offered by the forum for this purpose.
If he accepts, he will have an icon on the home screen of his mobile device allowing him to access the forum directly. He will also be notified of his new features according to the notification preferences he has defined in his profile for the ToolBar.

Re: Forum Mobile App
The first time they visit from their device, it will ask if they want to allow notifications, they have to hit yes. Then it should ask if they want to install a PWA on their phone. If they hit yes it will add it automatically, if they hit no the only way to get the option again is by clearing cookies.
