If this is the wrong place, sorry, please move it.

I have waited a long time to post this, because I have been searching for the snippit myself, and did not want to bother anyone. Unfortunatley I have been through all the html pages available to me, and can not find this. I have also serched these forums here many times, and all I can find is reference to the "nav toolbar" only... not the part on the left with FB and the rss icon.
I can find it when I look at the "inspect" page, but can not when I look at the Templates pages.



I want to know if it is possible to edit the toolbar where the @ sign is. It says MAIL:TO when you mouse over it, but obviously only refreshes the page, as it also seems to do here.

Can I edit this area, to actual redirect to a contact or mail to page, and if so, where in the modules do I find it.

The forum I want to edit is actual all that I either run or manage, as they all have this quirky thing, but the current forum I am working with is https://colormyagenda.forumotion.com (a premier paid forum)

Thanks but that has nothing to do with this, software is not the issue.

Your response made sense, unfortunately when I go to that area of my admin, the CSS area is blank.

Is it possible it is blank because I have a theme that I edited there, I don't know, but there is no CSS in that area at all. 
Basically all I am trying to do is change the mailto:?body=https://etc etc, to an actual email addy, (mailto:?body=sosnso@some-email-addy) or to replace with pinterest or remove altogether. it is useless to me to have that on the toolbar if all it is going to do is refresh the page you are already on.

If it's Blank you just add the codes in the Tutorial
