It is not possible to manage a domain is done through one of the packets, if you do not buy package you can not have domain.

You can find all you need to know on your ACP (Admin Control Panel)
You can pay a monthly payment plan using Paypal for your Package.
You Can not pay for the domain name this way.
If your package payment is stopped at any time then your domain name will stop working.
Credit Payment:
Basic Package cost 3600 credits a year.
The cost for the domain name is 1200 credits a Year.
Total Credits needed for both Package and Domain name is = 4800 Credits A year.
To find out the cost to you please look at the part that says "Buy credits"
