Can´t get password reset as an Admin.

Hi. I was trying to revive an old forum and requested a new password. But I can´t receive a new password as I received the following:

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

But of course. I can´t even login to try and change this setting.

Do I need to create a new forum from scratch? As maybe the portal version is too old now and needs updating?
