  Forumotion packages allow you to remove advertising on your forum for members only or for members and guests. There is no option to delete ads only for guests. This feature is available in the package and in the package.

As I don't understand Greek I can't read your page / Screen shot I don't see any ad's on your forum also can you please take a screen shot of the ad's so I can look in to it for you.

If you read above I wrote that I just updated to an advanced package. However, I would like to check the table with the latest moves and find out that I mean I gave 2000 points to deactivate these ads only, this did not happen

When you purchased the advanced package, did you set the ads option?

Yes I had it but I do not know if it ended with the ads. Also the domain while it was paid and it was lost.

It does sound like the package expired.  If you have a free package, the domain name and ads removal does not work.

You saw the above message first ? At that time what package was on?
Then what was the next step?

If I understood correctly just before you package expired instead of renewing the package you saw that message and you gave 2000 for 12 months ads removal … after that your package expired and you renew it with the additional of ads removal
So basically you double paid the ads

The correct way was to just only renew the package adding there the option for removal ads

Hi looking at your Screen shot you paid for the package at the top at the price of 5260 (1year package and NO ad's for members and non members on the 18th)
You then paid 2000 for your ad's to be removed but you already removed the ad's on your forum with the price of the package but for some reason the system did not remove the ad's so this is why you paid the 2000 and you want the money or credits back on your account for the 2000 credits you never needed to spend.

The thing is you did this the wrong way around
1st You paid 2000 to remove ad's "Would not work as your package ran out"
2nd You paid for the package and the ad's to be removed and the ad's was removed when the package was installed.

@The Godfather this will help you on this matter.

We owe the member 2000 as he already paid on the package for ad's to be removed.
