Profile Width - Picture Width issue

Trying to figure out how to shrink the profile area so i have more room to show the picture? I remember a forum i had some years ago, the picture auto adjusted and showed everything. On my forum, the pictures are large and have to be opened in a new window so you can see everything.

So first - Adjusting profile area size


Second, this picture is cut off by at least an inch, sometimes more depending what all the picture has.


What it should look like


Any pointers on my " issues "?? Its been a while since i've used forumotion.
