Hey,

I've been revisiting some forums recently and thought I'd stop by the support forum where at one point I spent a significant amount of time. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Derri - I was a member of staff from 2013 - 2018. I started as a reviewer in 2013 then switched to support mod in May-ish 2014 and then by the middle of 2014 I became a Manager. In 2016 I got the opportunity to be a General Administrator of the support forum.

I enjoyed my time working here for the most part. So I've decided to do a fun thread, obviously if the staff don't allow these threads then I'll understand.

Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll answer them!

So after your admin position you became a Helper since you have that rank ?

I pretty much got it when I left staff - couldn't bear to go back to having no rank lol....but I do still occasionally help members so yeah.

Ex staff members get a choice if they want that rank when they leave the team.

the reason is they know lots about the forum and the ACP so if they are online they can help and it will show they still know what they are saying..... Well sometimes if its not anything new to them

@APE - I used to have no idea what I was doing anyway...I used to just smash buttons on my keyboard and hope things worked out lol

I forgot to ask to you @Derri, are you an official forumotion admin staff like @The Godfather that has access to all servers or just same like @SLGray and @Ape that only give support on the support forum ?

If yes, dang I should have request to you those terrific suggestions on the suggestion section so that it can be implemented on forums.

Yes, that account is from the head office.   There really is no need for a discussion about which account is what.  W are all here to help.  If we as volunteers can not access something, we send it to the head office or made a topic in the staff area..

I more or less gave it to myself as a parting gift lol. After being on staff for a lot years and having been admin I thought I'd give it to myself as a personal thank you lol.
