How To Add Traffic Light Gif To Profile

Hello

Apologies for forgetting basic admin panel skills.

Can someone remind me how to add the Admin traffic light gif,
I have had a good look in profile and in the admin panel and cannot see how I done it in the first place.
I have done a test site to duplicate the Admin panel to my main site, just in case I encounter the same problem,
I had two years ago, when the skin changed overnight.

Finally I have copied and pasted the css codes from one site to the other and both forums are phpBB3 (prosilver).
