Is Maintenance In Progress - Home, Portal, and Calendar Links Disabled

Hello - Not sure what timezone you guys are in, but I'm Eastern Time. I am doing some cosmetics customizing my forum to look like my main website, risingstar.club, which is NOT live yet. When I was uploading my own images for my own custom icons for the "Navigation" menu, I noticed "Home", "Portal", and "Calendar" links are no longer enabled. Are you doing Maintenance? I have searched before submitting this, and I did not find anything under "Announcements" or entering "maintenance" in the search bar. Thanks.

Portal button leads to portal
Then home brings me back to forum's index.
I dont have calendar button, its because only for members since /calendar page leads me to login
Do you still have problem ? What happens exactly when you click on those buttons ?

Ok. If I were the visitor and load up the home page on my forum, the first three, "Home", "Portal", and "Calendar", would be highlighted once you hover over with your mouse. This means every link in the navigation bar would work. It worked before. Now, those first three - (Home, Portal, and Calendar) - can only be highlighted and clicked on once you scroll down a little bit on the page and the entire navigation bar is all colored with a blue background. They cannot be clicked if you do not scroll down. Those are the only three links within the navigation that no longer works and it worked before this issue happened. All I was doing was uploading to replace the default images on my forum to my custom images. I do not know what happen unless I hit something by error.

In my side of atlantic, i can highlight any of the 8 visible buttons, no need to scroll down and wait for sticky navbar.
Did you tried to clear your cache ?
-> How to - Clear the cache & Cookies in Your browsers
Did you tried with another browser ?
And do you use a MacIntosh ? (because Safari on PC is quite outdated)

Yes. I cleared everything. I even re-started my computer, and yes, I am on a Mac.
All my cache and cookies are cleared. Also, whether I am on private browsing mode on Safari, which is the main browser I use, or Firefox, those three worked before until I experienced the issue not working around 3:30 pm Eastern Time-U.S.
I took a screenshot that I replicated and tested the 3 first links in the Nav on Firefox. Now, Home and Portal you cannot highlight and click on it unless you scroll a bit for the Navbar to stick.
I am thinking or have an idea if there is a way you can create a test account on my forum to log in. This way, you might get the same experience I'm getting.

Is the issue only in the main mavbar or in the toolbar navbar?

I did not see or encounter any issues with the highlighting and clicking of the first 3.

When you log into your forum, there is something covering those 3 links.   It is invisible.

Where is that located? I'm not advanced in CSS - very basic - and I'm not too technical - only to a certain point. Where can I locate that issue? I have not seen that before. Or, can you be able to provide corrections that need to be made? Thanks.

It is in the design of the theme. I mean default design.

Pk. Add this to your stylesheet:
You can change the number if you want.
- Code:
#site-title, #site-title h1 {
margin-top: -150px;
}
You can change the number if you want.

Sorry, I am taking so long to respond. I am still trying to locate the CSS. I went to Display > Colors > CSS tab.
When I went there, I showed you the empty space I saw. Then, you mentioned it is in the "default" design theme.
I want to get there but having trouble locating that. Do I go to where it says, "See Your Forum's Basic CSS", under CSS Options?
I'm sorry I'm not an avid coder so a bit lost in the Display of my AP. If I can find that, I will add what you recommend but
can't seem to find that piece you showed.

Thank you so much for being patient with me. I added it to the CSS, and now I see what was blocking it. It was the title of the text that was too big. It moved the Title and sub-title above the Nav. You're the best! Thank you, sir!

Exactly it was not the text, but something that was invisible.

Tested all the pages from the Nav, so it is solved. I'll mark it solved. Have a good night (late here: 12:07 am EST, U.S.)!
